Park Rules

Welcome to our park. It is our desire that everyone has a peaceful experience while they are

here. We ask that you observe the following to help ensure this:

• Season is April 1 to Oct. 31

• Hours:

• Check in hours 12 pm-6 pm

• Check out by 11 am unless other arrangements have been approved

• speed limit 5 mph. Watch for children, bikes, and people

• Quiet Time 10 PM to 8 AM Consider your neighbors

• Keep sites neat and clean

• Pets need to be on leash and cleaned up after. Control barking and pick up poop with bag and throw in dumpster.

• Firearms are not permitted; No fireworks

• Dispose of household trash ONLY in dumpster- NO LARGE ITEMS, NO CARDBOARD. Take those to the nearby recycle center - Carson Center: 3030 Old Murphy Road, Franklin, NC

  Monday through Saturday: 7:00am - 7:00pm; Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm.

• If the police are called by the management or another camper, due to disruptive behavior, Management has the right to immediately require camper to leave the campground. There will be no refunds to any person in this situation.

• We are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof. Nor for damage caused by natural causes, tree falling, etc. Nor for spoilage of refrigerator/freezer foods due to loss of electricity. Cartoogechaye Creek Campground will not be responsible for injury to guests or for the loss of money/valuables of any kind.

• Vehicles should be parked on your campsite only or designated space

• No refunds for early departure

• No more that (3) currently licensed vehicles may occupy a lot overnight, including the camping unit.

• The owner reserves the right to change the rules and policies at any time without notice
